Boston Dynamics Alpha Dog

This thing scares me.  Funded by DARPA, this robotic pack mule can carry up to 400 pounds of gear for troops.  It can pretty much handles any terrain, almost impossible to knock over, and can pick itself up if it does fall. Check it out in action:
